Moms in Motion is a global network connecting moms through fitness, fun and philanthropy. We help moms meet other moms (non-moms too!) with similiar interests and fitness goals. Tri More Fitness is owned and operated by coaches Laura and Neil Fraser. They specialize in coaching athletes in all walks of life, using a hands-on approach that you will find fun and effective.
